Our project teams are often formed of seasoned consultants with extensive practical experience, working together with recent graduates bringing in the newest research results and an unconventional look on business issues.
Since every client is unique, and since every project requires a tailored mix of skills and knowledge, BIC does not only employ its own consultants but maintains a wide network of contacts to experienced consulting experts with either a functional or a sectoral focus. Typically, the functional knowledge around the areas of accounting, finance, and restructuring is covered by BIC’s own consultants, whereas sectoral knowledge is represented by members of the BIC Business Network.
