BIC Business Network

Projects done by BIC require a tailored team of specialists covering every area of the project. Think about a restructuring project – the project team has to consist of experts in accounting, several legal areas, M&A, finance, banking relations, HR, taxation, sales & marketing, etc., etc., not to speak about the sectoral knowledge required as well.

BIC would like to serve its clients with teams exactly meeting these requirements, without being limited to only certain sectors or only to a certain set of services based on the skills of a limited number of continuously employed consultants. For widening its consultant base, BIC has therefore created a flexible network of consultants that can join BIC projects whenever there is a need – the BIC Business Network. The application process is similar to the application process for an employed position – but at the end of the process a framework agreement, and not an employment contract, between the consultant and BIC is concluded. Only after having passed this application process, consultants can become a member of the BIC Business Network, and can be considered for work in a BIC project.

Once a framework agreement is concluded, the consultant becomes a member of the BIC Business Network, and will be considered for joining the project team for the next upcoming project that requires his or her specific skills.
