BIC’s consulting team consists of well-educated and experienced consultants, focusing either on functional areas such as accounting, finance, and restructuring, or on specific sectors. Holding diplomas in very different disciplines, and being experienced in different types of projects, they are all trained to master both the highly structured analytical and conceptual work, and the hands-on approach needed during implementation phase.
